Day #61

Spring Flower!

It happens to be one of my favorite flowers, the crocus.

I love seeing them pop up and bloom. Even though they don't stick around very long, they do give us a glimpse of what is to come.

This one has been edited in Photoshop. I wasn't happy with the lighting outside this evening. So I decided to mess around with the artistic brushes, and like the way this turned out. If I get a chance to shoot the crocus's again I will probably post another crocus photo unedited.

But with spring coming I no doubt be taking more "Signs of Spring" photographs.

This was shot with the macro mode on the G-11.
