Project 365+1: A Photo a day for a year; Part Deux 2012 -

The Blog!

Please bare with me as I test out a different format for my project 365 part II. Feel free to look at it and provide me any feedback. I am not sure if I will move totally to this format or keep it as a gallery or both. Let me know what you think! -Clint

Here we go again! We will start this project 365 off with ME Again!

Day #2

Nathan makes a snow angel in the only real snow we have had this year. It doesn't look like there will be much snow skiing this year for the Matlack's.

Day #3
The bird is the word. I was surprised at all of the birds that were flying around on my way home from church.

Also today was kind of weird. I woke up early this morning with a thought in my head.. It was.. "What defines you" I don't know if that ended with a question mark or an exclamation point.

But none the less something that has been running through my mind all day. Maybe I am suppose to answer that through out the course of this project, or the course of my life.. But still a very profound question to wake up with!

What defines you!?

Day #4

Leah praying at dinner. She has started insisting that she say her prayer before dinner. So we all fold our hands and let her go. She says the same prayer most days but she is very thankful.

I have always heard the term "Faith like a child" but for me it never really made since until I watched my own children start to grow spiritually..

We often talk about “faith like a child,” from verses like Luke 18:17 that says, “I tell you the truth, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.” or Matthew 18:4, “Therefore, whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.”

Faith like a child!! It's a Beautiful thing.

My wife and I are very Blessed!

Day #5

After a long hard battle, on family fun night, mom was the winner. We played Disney Scene It! It was actually pretty fun. Leah even did a great job.
